NOAA Community Hydrologic Prediction System (CHPS)

We were tapped to develop a set of recommendations to streamline stakeholder & community communications to support the hydrology communities of practice / communities of interest. We set up development sandboxes for several social / knowledge management platforms (JIVE, IBM Connections, Drupal-Acquia) and threw a logo in for good measure.
