Montrail’s pre-Columbia Sportwear era was something really remarkable.
Nearly everyone we worked with at Montrail has become a lifelong friend.
We did projects with toy cameras, with muddy shoes, made our own table of elements, & photographed dirt.
The only thing we never did was the project where we made molds of the shoes in their respective elements – Ice for Alpine, Concrete for Rock, Mud for Hiking, etc.
